The visit
How a repair actually goes.
- You describe the symptom. One zone or the whole system. Water still moving or not. The city.
- We confirm a time. Same-day when the route allows it. If water is running, call 346-642-6161 instead of waiting on the form.
- We run the station. A healthy neighbor station is the comparison. Photos are not the diagnosis.
- We name the part. Head, valve, wire, controller, or pipe. You hear that before we replace a box of parts.
- We test before we leave. The zone runs. The walk is checked. The original complaint is either gone or still on the list.
