A screenshot from a district ten miles away can assign different days and different hours. Gated communities on a master meter still follow the address rules the district published, not a single clock for the whole entrance. We ask which utility is on the bill before we touch days of the week.
Restrictions do not repair a leak
A mandatory day does not explain a water bill that jumped while the system was off. That is a leak, a stuck valve, or a toilet, and the irrigation half of that list is what we test. Call 346-642-6161 and say whether the meter moves with the controller set to off.
