What the check covers
We confirm the controller date, the rain sensor, each valve, and the throw of each head. Heads aimed into the street, heads buried in St. Augustine, and a zone that will not shut off get written down as repairs, not as “adjusted.”
What it does not promise
A checkup does not make a 20-year lateral new. It finds the failures that are already showing. Call 346-642-6161 before summer if the system has not been run with a person standing in the yard since last year.
