Sequence
Symptom, then a known-good station, then the bad station, then the valve, then the heads, then the pipe, then the wire if the valve never shifted. Write down the result of each step. A replaced part that was not in that chain is a guess.
When to hand it off
Stop if water will not shut off, if you are about to cut pipe, or if the box is full and you cannot see the valves. Call 346-642-6161. Bring the sequence you already finished so we do not repeat it.
