What to notice before we arrive
Write down the station number, whether the valve box hums, and whether any head on that zone weeps. A hum with no water is different from silence, and silence is different from a geyser at the box.
What we do not assume
We do not replace the controller because one station failed. We switch the station wire with a known-good station at the clock. If the dead zone then runs, the clock is fine and the problem is in the yard. Call 346-642-6161 with the station number.
